中远海特8月5日公告，拟由公司全资子公司中远航运（香港）投资发展有限公司计划在福建省马尾造船股份有限公司投资建造4艘9000吨级特种液货船，总投资约9800万美元。预计交船时间为2025年10月至2026年8月，项目内部收益率约7.2%，静态投资回收期11.8年。
