观点网讯：8月2日消息，芝加哥期权交易所已经出售了位于芝加哥金融中心的前总部，售价约为疫情前价值的一半。
根据该地的房产记录，该总部大楼已以1200万美元的价格易手，比2019年底首次进入市场时的价值低43%。
据消息披露，这次交易的买家是房地产开发商The Prime Group。
