东方资讯消息，日前，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，因向资本金比例不到位的房地产项目发放贷款，对平安银行股份有限公司上海分行进行责令改正，并处罚款50万元处罚。
因对上述事项负有责任，对时任平安银行上海分行营业部副总经理兼公司业务一部总经理陈洁进行警告处罚。
