新京报贝壳财经讯 7月25日，中南传媒发布公告表示，董事长彭玻因年龄原因，申请辞去公司董事、董事长及董事会战略委员会召集人职务。
中南传媒表示，公司将按照法律法规和公司章程有关规定，尽快选任新董事长。在选举产生新任董事长前，公司全体董事推举副董事长杨壮履行董事长职务。
