7月22日，上市公司锅圈食品股份发布公告称，其控股股东上海锅圈实业全资收购河南华鼎冷链仓配科技有限公司。且于当日，董事会审议通过相关议案，同意锅圈食品股份(代表集团)与华鼎冷链(代表华鼎冷链及其联系人)订立服务采购框架协议。华鼎冷链及其联系人向该集团提供冷链仓储物流服务。
