央视网消息：据“海口发布”公众号消息，7月22日11时30分海口市交通运输和港航管理局发布复航通告。根据琼州海峡气象信息，海口新海港、秀英港和铁路南港定于7月22日14时恢复运输。出岛车辆请通过“琼州海峡轮渡管家”或“铁路轮渡”微信公众号预约购票，按已购船票发班时间合理安排出行。未预约购票车辆请勿到港，不得在进港通道和港口周边道路停留。
