今日（19日），由于微软系统出现大面积故障，香港国际机场的自助登机设施受到影响，航空公司须改用人工办理登机手续。香港国际机场表示，目前航班运作暂未受影响，已启动紧急应变机制，建议旅客在航班出发前三小时抵达机场，办理登机手续。
