近日，有网友向问政赣州平台咨询：凤岗嘉苑18地块什么时候能交房？
赣州经开区 回复：
经区征迁服务中心了解，该网民系凤岗镇路塘村人，于2017年与凤岗镇人民政府签订房屋拆迁安置协议，2021年11月预分配凤岗嘉苑小区18地块2套返迁安置房。
凤岗嘉苑小区18地块为赣州市城投集团承建，公共基础配套设施正在进行收尾工作，预计2024年年底交付使用。
