7月17日消息，知情人士称，凯悦酒店集团即将达成收购精品酒店运营商Standard International的交易，洽谈已进入后期阶段。
Standard International在应该伦敦、西班牙伊维萨岛、马尔代夫和澳大利亚墨尔本等地拥有酒店。
凯悦酒店集团发言人拒绝就洽谈发表评论，但表示“集团仍致力于通过有机增长和战略收购实现轻资产增长”。（彭博）
