7月17日，Vans及The North Face母公司威富集团宣布以15亿美元（约合人民币108.98亿元）向光学产品制造商EssilorLuxottica出售Supreme，收购预计在2024年年底正式完成。EssilorLuxottica集团是由依视路和陆逊梯卡两家光学用品公司合并而成，业务包括生产镜片以及在授权协议框架下为Moncler、Giorgio Amani和蒂芙尼等奢侈品牌设计和制作镜框，有时还负责运营眼镜业务。
