7月16日消息，公司内部备忘录显示，汇丰控股成立新部门——基础设施融资部（HIF），该部门聚焦全球向低碳经济转型相关的基础设施融资和项目融资交易。
英国财政部前官员、亚洲基础设施投资银行前副行长丹尼·亚历山大（Danny Alexander）将领导这个新部门。亚历山大将于11月加入汇丰，向汇丰环球银行及资本市场行政总裁高国扬（Greg Guyett）汇报工作。
