7月15日，据哈尔滨住房公积金管理中心微信公号消息，为更好满足贷款职工偿还贷款需求，提升还贷能力，中心已于近日取消预留月缴存额3倍的还款限制，贷款职工可将预留账户余额直接冲抵贷款。同时，请贷款职工及时关注公积金账户及还款卡内余额情况，保证公积金账户及还款卡余额充足，避免产生贷款逾期。
