2024年6月24日，市医保局、市财政局、市税务局、市统计局4部门联合发文《关于调整职工医疗保险（含生育保险）缴费基数的通知》（秦医保〔2024〕19号），明确2023年秦皇岛市全口径城镇单位就业人员年平均工资为82775元，作为2024年7月至2025年6月，核定职工医疗保险（含生育保险）缴费基数依据。
