格隆汇7月3日丨维珍妮(02199.HK)发布公告，自2024年7月3日起：(i)谭丽文女士已辞任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员，并于其辞任独立非执行董事后获委任为公司顾问；及(ii)莫仁瑛女士已获委任为公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员。
自2024年7月3日起，谭女士已辞任公司独立非执行董事、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员，以投入更多时间于其个人事务。
