7月3日，LG电子宣布，已收购荷兰智能家居平台公司Athom 80%股份，并计划未来三年内收购剩余20%股份。Athom销售的智能家居控制中心“Homey”，可以连接家用电器和物联网设备，还提供云订阅服务。截至2023年，Homey设备已在澳大利亚、新加坡、美国和加拿大以及欧洲地区上市。
