据媒体7月3日报道，艺人炎亚纶被控拍摄持有少年私密视频，士林地方法院一审判炎亚纶其中2罪应执行有期徒刑7个月，可易科罚金（以罚金代替刑罚）；另1罪判刑4个月，不得易科罚金，均缓刑3年。由于2日为上诉期限最后一天，检方仅对同案被告、陈姓男子提起上诉，代表炎亚纶获判缓刑确定。
