欧洲央行管委加布里埃尔·马赫卢夫（Gabriel Makhlouf）当地时间7月2日表示，他比较放心的是今年仅额外降息一次，因为他需要更多时间来确信通胀率朝着2%的目标前进。
马赫卢夫在欧洲央行论坛间隙表示：“我对再降息一次的预期感到放心。我认为在当前7月初便预计降息两次可能有点过头了，但并不是说我会排除这种可能性。”（路透）
