财联社7月2日电，*ST景峰公告，公司收到常德中院下发的《湖南省常德市中级人民法院决定书》，常德中院决定对公司启动预重整。预重整期间为三个月，有正当理由的，经临时管理人申请，可以延长一个月。预重整为法院正式受理重整前的程序，公司是否能进入重整程序尚存在不确定性。
