财联社7月2日电，杭州6月二手房市场热度持续，成交量达8849套，创下15个月以来的新高。不过高成交量的背后依旧是以价换量，杭州贝壳研究院的数据显示，6月成交前20的小区中，七成以上小区签约均价相比5月有下滑。
