6 月 28 日 19 时 30 分起，柘溪水库总出库流量由 4000 立方米每秒增至 4500 立方米每秒。
根据当前汛情，市防指决定：从 6 月 28 日20 时起，马迹塘、修山水电站逐步加大出库流量，其库上水位分别再下降 0.5 米、0.2 米，按照 54.7 米、42.4 米控制运行。
