6月11日，北京发布公告称，为加强无卡取款业务风险管控，自2024年6月13日18点起，该行将停止办理个人手机银行中无卡取款业务的预约取款功能。如需办理小额取款业务，可通过自助设备办理有卡取款或者扫码取款（仅限北京地区自助设备），或者持卡前往任一营业网点通过柜台办理取款。
