6月4日，艾伯维宣布，美国FDA批准使用RINVOQ®（upadacitinib）治疗对一种或多种肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）抑制剂应答不足或不耐受的两岁及以上活动性多关节型幼年特发性关节炎（pJIA）和银屑病关节炎（PsA）的儿童患者。此外，一种基于体重给药的新剂型RINVOQ® LQ（upadacitinib）口服溶液，在美国现已可供儿科人群选择。
