6月5日，据接近华夏基金的人士透露，卡塔尔主权财富基金有意向从春华资本手中购买华夏基金10%的股份。3月25日，中信证券曾发布公告，公司董事会审议通过放弃华夏基金10%股权优先购买权的议案，同意天津海鹏转让其所持华夏基金10%股权，转让金额不低于4.9亿美元。
