据央视新闻，朝鲜国防省副相金刚日6月2日发表谈话称，从5月28日晚至6月2日凌晨，朝方用3500多个各种气球向韩国边境地带和首都圈散发了废纸和污物15吨。
谈话还称，朝方将暂停散发垃圾的行动，因为该行动是韩方行动的对应措施。如果韩国重新散发反朝传单，朝方将作出回应。
