5月30日，《霍格沃茨之遗》官方社媒发文表示，将在本周内公布PlayStation独占任务“闹鬼的霍格莫德商店”登陆其他平台的时间，以及《霍格沃茨之遗》夏季更新的具体细节。
“闹鬼的霍格莫德商店”任务是PlayStation平台的独占任务，任务允许玩家进入额外的地牢、店主的装饰品套装以及游戏中的霍格莫德商店。该任务会在PlayStation平台独占一年，也将是截止到2024年2月10日，官方也在年初宣布过其将于2024年夏季登陆其他平台。
