财联社5月24日电，芜湖市取消首套、二套商业性个人住房贷款利率政策下限，实现房贷利率市场化，金融机构可结合本机构经营状况、客户风险等因素，合理确定每笔贷款的具体利率水平。此外，降低个人住房贷款最低首付比例，首套首付比例不低于15%、二套不低于25%。
