陕西黑猫5月15日公告，拟吸收合并全资子公司韩城市新丰清洁能源科技有限公司与陕西黄河物资销售有限责任公司。吸收合并完成后，新丰科技与黄河销售的独立法人资格将被注销，其全部资产、负债、权益以及人员等由公司承继。
