立夏过后，黑土地正式迎来水稻移栽好时节，一排排秧苗整齐地挺立在田间，为稻田铺上了“新绿”。在绥化市北林区国家级水田示范区国家级区域性良种繁育基地，这里正采用人工插秧的方式，繁育寒地香米品种。今年，北林区水稻预计种植面积108万亩，寒地香米系列品种覆盖95%以上。
