格隆汇5月10日｜据《华尔街日报》引述消息人士称，美国两大通信集团T-Mobile及Verizon，洽商各自收购地区通讯商United States Cellular资产。据悉，T-Mobile即将完成以逾20亿美元代价，收购US Cellular部分业务及无线频谱的谈判。同时，US Cellular也与Verizon进行资产出售谈判，但磋商时间可能较长。
