智通财经APP讯，海纳星空科技(08297)发布公告，公司执行董事及行政总裁陈骊珠，获委任为薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;及执行董事赵之翘，不再担任薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自的成员，但仍将担任公司执行董事、授权代表、合规主任及公司秘书，自2024年5月8日起生效。
经上述变动后，薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自继续由独立非执行董事厉剑峰担任主席。
