旁边就是新区康复医院，一般人不一定用得上。最近的综合医疗机构是苏州明基医院，作为国家卫健委及商务部批复的三级综合性民营医院，服务上有一定优势，也可以刷医保。

提到建发，大家首先想到的就是新中式。大门采用非对称结构，外形取意“人”字坡屋檐，据说源自王羲之《兰亭集序》。

外立面采用了“流云屏”立面和“黄金缕”曲线轮廓，采用「正面全铝板+侧面铝板一体板+大面积玻璃」的方案，还点缀了少量仿古铜不锈钢，整体非常有特点，过目难忘。

作为小高层+高层的组合，项目容积率达到了2.4。与大多数项目将高层放在两侧或者后排不同，朗云将2幢高层放到小区中间的位置，对后排的采光有较大的影响。

户型方面，125㎡户型做到了 4房2厅2卫，但是南北较为狭长，餐厅采光可能会受到一定的影响。

143㎡户型是个横厅，但进门就是厕所和厨房，风水上说“进门见三物，家败财散空”，厨房和厕所就是其中的两样。

180㎡的户型有3个卫生间，但厨房设计得略微有点局促，且只有3个正常房间。
