5月5日，山西晋城。有网友发视频称高铁上2位女乘客因为遮光帘问题来回拉扯。同车厢乘客表示，她们拉扯了40多分钟，最后列车员把她们都叫走了，主要是担心影响其他乘客。12306客服表示，没有明确的标准是否开关遮光帘，如果有矛盾的话，可以让车上工作人员协调一下。
