4月25日，江苏省淮安市住房公积金管理中心发布《关于调整住房公积金贷款有关政策的通知》，明确符合市住房公积金贷款条件的借款人、共同借款人，单方缴存的最高贷款基准额度从40万元提高至60万元，双方缴存的最高贷款基准额度从60万元提高至80万元。市住房公积金贷款最高额度动态调整机制继续执行。通知自2024年5月6日起施行。
