齐鲁网·闪电新闻4月23日讯东营市气象局、东营市水文中心、东营市水务局2024年4月23日11时发布雨情通报：4月23日5时至11时全市平均降水量15.8毫米，最大东营龙居28.1毫米。全市2个站点大雨，45个中雨，7个小雨。今年全市累计平均55.8毫米，比去年同期(61.4)偏少5.6毫米，较常年(40.7)偏多15.1毫米。
预计今天中午东营市降水将持续。
