2024年4月16日，浙江步森服饰股份有限公司（ST步森）发布公告称，原计划于2024年4月25日披露的《2023年年度报告》及《2024年第一季度报告》将延期至2024年4月30日。
公司表示，由于报告编制工作进展晚于预期，为确保信息披露的准确性和完整性，经向深交所申请并获得同意后，决定调整报告披露时间。
目前，公司生产经营正常，且已于2024年1月31日披露了《2023年度业绩预告》，截至目前不存在需要修正的情形。
公司董事会对此次调整给投资者带来的不便表示歉意，并提醒投资者关注相关信息披露。
