东方资讯消息，2024年04月01日，国家金融监督管理总局伊犁监管局发布行政处罚信息公开表，因固定资产贷款管理不到位，贷款资金回流后被挪用，对中国农业发展银行奎屯市支行进行罚款30万元处罚。
因对此事项负有直接责任，对该支行行长李伟进行警告并处5万元处罚。
以上作出处罚决定的日期为：2024年03月21日。
