观点网讯：3月29日，因出让条件调整，福州临时取消宗地2024-03号、09号、10号三幅地块出让，仍有多家房企积极参与剩余地块的竞拍。取消出让的地块原计划在2024年3月至10月期间进行拍卖。
据此，福州17幅地块变为14幅地块；约603亩变成约514.9亩；起拍价也由114.7亿变成了95.9亿元。
