汪小菲大S案开庭#19日，据台媒报道，汪小菲2021年因在网络上晒出和大S在法院的调解离婚笔录，同时泄露女方家的地址等个人资料，遭大S起诉，控告其涉嫌违反《个人资料保护法》。台北地检署调查后，认定汪小菲的行为已违反《个人资料保护法》，今年1月将他起诉。台北地方法院今日下午首次开庭，并传唤二人出庭说明。
