3月12日，万州区白土镇人头村，村民在漂浮式现代化育苗工厂忙碌，20多名村民仅用两天时间就完成了1600亩烟叶的育苗工作，以前传统的一亩烟叶育苗需要200多人力。
在智能设备的监控下，此育苗工厂既能保温、保湿，还能促进烟叶秧苗健康生产，提高产量，促进乡村振兴。
