财联社3月10日电，根据韩国最高法院运营的在线房地产登记服务周日公布的数据，2023年共有1.56万名外国人进行了房地产购买，占土地购买总额的0.9%，创历史新高。从国家来看，去年在韩国购买房地产的中国人数量为1.1万，占所有外国买家的72.9%，其次是美国人和加拿大人。
