观点网 香港报道：2月26日，市场消息指，蚂蚁竞购瑞信在中国投资银行业务的出价高于城堡证券(Citadel Securities LLC)，但由于最初授予瑞信的投资银行和经纪业务牌照，是为了帮助金融业向全球竞争开放，中国偏向外国买家，今次蚂蚁的举动料将受到监管机构的审查。
报道亦引述消息指，这种偏好使现在拥有瑞信的瑞银集团陷入两难。蚂蚁出价较高，但出价较低的城堡更可能获得政府批准，瑞银得从中做出选择。
消息又指，谈判正在进行，其他竞标者可能会加入角逐行列。
