2月22日消息，知情人士透露，欧盟委员会准备就国际航空集团4亿欧元收购西班牙欧罗巴航空的拟议交易提出反对意见，最早或于下月详细说明。
据悉，欧盟委员会担心这笔交易将减少西班牙国内和国际航线上的竞争。（英国金融时报）
