今早（2月23日），苏州星塘街高架北向南近葑亭大道处发生严重车祸，多辆机动车因道路结冰失控追尾，高架严重拥堵。据苏州交通广播：目前苏州境内所有高速实行二级管制限速60km/h。此外，江苏省内大部分高速路段，受到恶劣天气和道路结冰的影响，有着限速、限车的情况，同时有部分收费站入口关闭。（东方网·纵相视频 丁一涵）
