据央视新闻，据瑞典电视台当地时间2月13日报道，瑞典安全局在一份新闻稿中说，瑞典国家恐怖威胁评估中心（NCT）评估，该国的恐怖威胁级别在2024年仍然很高。
1月7日，瑞典安全局局长宣布，瑞典的恐怖威胁级别仍为第四级。瑞典国家恐怖威胁评估中心认为，不确定性因素不断增加是该国恐怖威胁级别仍然很高的原因之一。
瑞典的恐怖威胁级别共分五个等级。去年8月17日，瑞典安全局宣布将该国的恐怖威胁级别从第三级“威胁增加”提升至第四级“高威胁”。
