2月5日晚，四川省乐山市夹江县“纸乡记忆 寻味夹江”美食评选活动颁奖仪式举行，现场公布了评选组历时4个月，筛选出的一批独具“夹江味道”的美食名品。其中，既有火遍网络的钵钵鸡，也有美食爱好者们熟知的甜皮鸭，还有风味独特的夹江豆腐乳。（封面新闻记者 杜卓滨）
