澜起科技近期投资者关系活动记录表显示，2023年第四季度，公司DDR5第二子代RCD芯片出货量较第三季度有所提升。预计2024年DDR5第二子代RCD芯片的需求将超过第一子代RCD芯片。
根据主流CPU厂家最新产品路线图，其支持DDR5 6400MT/s的客户端CPU平台预计在今年发布，CKD芯片将跟随该CPU平台的发布而开始规模出货。
自2023年1月公司PCIe 5.0 /CXL 2.0 Retimer芯片实现量产以来，公司一直积极推动该产品的客户导入、测试验证工作，有望在今年实现规模出货。
