精工科技1月25日公告，申请向特定对象发行股票获得深交所上市审核中心审核通过。
此前公告，拟向不超过35名特定对象发行不超1.36亿股公司股份，募资不超9.43亿元，用于碳纤维及复材装备智能制造建设项目、高性能碳纤维装备研发中心建设项目、补充流动资金。
