观点网讯：1月19日消息，美国连锁百货公司梅西百货发言人当地时间1月18日表示，梅西百货公司将裁员13%，约2350个职位，同时关闭5家门店，以精简业务。
观点新媒体过往报道，2023年12月11日，资本市场消息，投资者集团向梅西百货发起58亿美元的收购要约，每股估值为21美元。
据透露，房地产投资者Arkhouse Management和Brigade Capital Management向梅西百货发出58亿美元的收购要约，知情人士称，该要约于12月1日提交，梅西百货的估值约为每股21美元。
