开发商 OpenAI 更改了其技术的使用规则，包括 ChatGPT：使用政策中删除了对军事使用该服务的禁令。
截至 1 月 10 日，OpenAI 的“使用政策”页面明确禁止“具有高人身伤害风险的活动”，包括“武器开发”和“军事和战斗应用”。
在新版本中，“军事和战斗”用途的禁止已经消失。
