财联社1月12日电，为预防和制止行业协会从事《中华人民共和国反垄断法》禁止的行为，国务院反垄断反不正当竞争委员会制定出台《关于行业协会的反垄断指南》。《指南》共26条，进一步细化违法行为认定标准，加强行业协会反垄断合规建设。
